Working with me

I offer sessions in person in Manhattan and Long Island, as well as virtually throughout New York State. Individual sessions are 45 minutes, and couples therapy sessions are 60 minutes. 

Individual Therapy

Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and finding the right fit matters. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change. Whether you're seeking support for a specific challenge or looking to better understand yourself and your relationships, therapy can provide an opportunity for growth, healing, and lasting change. I provide therapy to adolescents and adults facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, questions about identity, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and disordered eating and body image concerns. Together, we will explore what has shaped you, better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical tools for lasting change, and work toward a life that feels more fully yours.

Couples therapy

Every relationship encounters difficult terrain: disconnection, conflict, communication breakdowns, or simply growing in different directions. I work with couples who want to understand one another more deeply through couples therapy, strengthen their connection, and build the skills needed to navigate challenges together. 


My approach is active and collaborative. Together, we'll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, and create healthier ways of relating to one another. Whether you're navigating a crisis or simply looking to grow closer, couples therapy can provide a space for meaningful change and a stronger, more fulfilling partnership. Additionally, individual therapy can also be beneficial for those seeking personal growth alongside their partner. Mental health support is essential in fostering a resilient relationship.
